Shipping Timelines  

- USA Orders: Please allow **7–20 business days** for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered.  

- International Orders: Please allow **14–30 business days** for processing, shipping, and delivery.  

Important Notes for International Orders:  

- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes vary by country and are **not included** in your purchase price. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.  

- We encourage you to check with your local customs office for more information regarding these charges before placing an order. 

 

- Refunds for International Orders: Refunds will not be issued for any orders returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed over to our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, or DHL), we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are happy to assist you with the following:  

- Helping you file a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.  

- Providing tracking details and guidance to resolve shipping issues efficiently.  

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping information when placing your order.

Order Tracking

Order Cancellations and Changes

- Orders can only be canceled or modified within **24 hours** of being placed. After this period, your order will be processed, and no changes can be made.  

- Pre-order cancellations may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% to cover administrative costs.
